Available Meeting Spaces for NonprofitsThe following meeting spaces are free to Estes Park nonprofits. Please telephone or email the appropriate organization to make reservations. Be aware there may be COVID restirctions.
Bella Fortuna (600 South St. Vrain, 970-412-5380): Room space – cozy at 10; no A/V equipment; very rustic, includes sink and coffee pot, available evenings
Crossroads Ministry. They are moving between buildings in 2021-2. They have A/F equipment; room to accommodate 15-20 people, coffee area. Contact Brian at brian.crossroadsep@gmail.com.
Estes Valley Public Library (335 East Elkhorn, 970-586-8116): Two rooms available, both have A/V equipment; Hondius Community Room (capacity 49) and Wasson Meeting Room (capacity 25) http://estesvalleylibrary.org/services/meeting-spaces/
Town of Estes (170 MacGregor Avenue, Contact Assistant Finance Officer – 970-577-3565): Room 202 (capacity 37), Room 203 capacity 45), both rooms have wireless and screen but need to bring own projector or computer; available after hours and weekends (Note: Even if a room has been booked, town has first priority and a nonprofit meeting might have to find another location at the last minute.)
U.S. Bank (363 Elkhorn Avenue, 970-586-4412): George Hix Room, Room capacity 30, A/V equipment available
Estes Park Fire Department (901 St. Vrain, 970-577-0900): Day (capacity <20), night (capacity <49); no A/V equipment; not available on a standing basis
Estes Park Nonprofit Resource Center. Presbyterian Community Church of the Rockies. Executive Director offers her larger office for meetings of 8 or less. TV available with wifi. Contact Cato@epnonprofit.org.
