This workshop series is made possible and FREE for participants due to the 2023 Town of Estes Park base funding program the EPNRC was awarded.

The Estes Park Nonprofit Resource Center (EPNRC) and Triad Diversity Consulting proudly announce a transformative six-part workshop series designed exclusively for local nonprofit and community organizations, centered around the vital themes of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) beginning October 2023. 

Workshop sessions will not only focus on the educational pieces of DEI work, but each attendee will leave sessions with actionable artifacts to then be implemented at their organizations. Additionally, Triad Diversity Consulting and EPNRC will offer follow up consulting for participants to help reduce any barriers to implementation and measure collective success.

Session topics include:

• Diving Into DEI
• Identity and Intersectionality
• Unpacking My Bias

• Using Structure and Clear Criteria to Bust Bias
• Reducing Microaggressions and Utilizing Inclusive Language
• Communicating Across Differences

​Workshops will encompass a blend of both in-person and virtual sessions spanning 6 weeks. We are excited to offer this opportunity to a participants from nonprofit, government, and quasi-government sectors. Workshop is limited to 25 spots.
