Trainers, Consultants & Facilitators

Sally Park     Sally is a professional facilitator with extensive experience in helping boards of non-profit organizations with visioning, improving working relationships and enhancing overall effectiveness. Before moving to Estes Park, Sally was the Manager of Training and Development at Georgetown University where she set up and ran their staff leadership development program. She continues her professional work as a consultant working with nonprofit clients. She has a B.A. from Tufts University and a M.Ed. from St Lawrence University.

Robert C. Dickeson     Dr. Dickeson recently retired as senior vice president for policy and organizational learning at Lumina Foundation for Education, and is a consultant to several national organizations. Disckeson served as the President Emeritus of the Univeristy of Northern Colorado, as the chair of the cabinets of governors in two states (Colorado and Arizona), as President and CEO of Noel-Levitz Centers, Inc., a national consulting firm, as a division president for management in the finance industry, and as a professor/administrator at five universities. A fund-raiser for over 40 years and an officer or board member of 30 organizations, he has consulted with several hundred private and public organizations at the local, state and national levels. Author of over 150 publications, he received his Ph.D. in Political science from the University of Missouri.

Sarah Fischler     Sarah is a Principal Consultant for Partners in Nonprofit Success (http://www.npsuccess.org/). Sarah’s consulting practice is focused on helping organizations improve organizational effectiveness and increasing mission impact. Sarah brings specific expertise in the following areas of nonprofit management and leadership: strategic direction, governance, fund development, assessment, and evaluation.  In addition to providing consulting services to nonprofit organizations, Sarah also provides career coaching services for young nonprofit professionals.

Richard Guest     Dr. Guest is currently a Senior Management Analyst for the Larimer County Division of Health and Human Services. and an affiliate faculty member at Colorado State University. He is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Psychology from Garrett Theological Seminary at Northwestern University. He holds academic degrees in psychology, theology and biology, plus graduate studies in sociology. He has been active in forming or providing board or staff leadership for programs involving conflict mediation, mental health, restorative justice, and other human service activities. He holds citations for program development from various entities, including the Massachusetts House of Representative.

Erin Zimmermann     Erin is the Professional Volunteer Programs Coordinator for United Way of Larimer County. Her focus i son the Professional Volunteer Initiative, which includes the Board Bank Program, Business Cares and The Volunteer Project Leader Program. In addition, Erin develops the new Skill-Based/ Pro-Bono program. Eric conducts board orientation training.

Maria Fabula   Maria is the Director of Programs for the Community Resource Center (http://www.crcamerica.org/) and oversees the organization’s consulting, training and resource services for nonprofit organizations in Colorado.  She brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit management and conducts training and consulting in the areas of fund development, volunteer engagement, board development, collaboration and business development.
