Eric Adams Eric is the EPNRC board president. He has been a local nonprofit and for-profit leader since 1995. He is the owner of several businesses, including CrossFit Estes Park, CrossFit St. Vrain and a martial arts school, IKA Dojo. Eric served as Executive Director of the Muriel L. MacGregor Charitable Trust for 13 years, developing educational programs at the Historic MacGregor Ranch with students from kindergarten through college age. He is involved with numerous non-profit boards. Eric inspires students of all ages as a skilled community facilitator, rancher and master karate and fitness instructor.
Ludie Dickeson Ludie comes to the issues of organizational growth from multiple professional perspectives: teacher, executive director of an award-winning adult literacy program, manager for training programs for a higher educational consulting firm, and learning and development officer for a large corporation. She has authored numerous materials for organizational development, and is the co-author of a video-based customer service program used by hundreds of organizations nationally. She has consulted with colleges, organizations and associations to help implement staff training and development improvements. She managed a customer service program for a 3,100-employee corporation. Her commitment to community service is evidenced by her leadership of dozens of nonprofit local and statewide boards in five states over 40 years. Ludie has been a speaker and workshop presenter at state, regional and national meetings on a variety of topics. She holds B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from the University of Missouri.
David N. Hemphill David serves as the treasurer for EPNRC. David is licensed as an Enrolled Agent and has 15 years experience as a tax accountant. David has a BA in Computer Science/Physics from the University of Colorado. He utilizes his seven years of experience using Quick Books and related software, and more than eight years of experience as treasurer of various nonprofit agencies, in bringing the accounting and financial workshops to Estes Park.
Lee Lasson Lee continues as the EPNRC board secretary. Lee is owner of Estes Park based businesses On-Line Consulting, Estes Park On-Line’s TourEstes.com, and President of FrontDesk, Inc. Lee is a software developer, information technology consultant, web host, and network specialist. In Lee’s 25-plus-year career he has consulted with nonprofit organizations of various sizes and has extensive board experience in a community consumer cooperative. Lee serves as a founding board member of the Estes Park Local Marketing District.
Sally Park Sally is a professional facilitator with extensive experience in helping boards of non-profit organizations with visioning, improving working relationships and enhancing overall effectiveness. Before moving to Estes Park, Sally was the Manager of Training and Development at Georgetown University where she set up and ran their staff leadership development program. She continues her professional work as a consultant working with for-profit and non-profit clients throughout the country. She has a B.A. from Tufts University and a M.Ed. from St Lawrence University.
Claudine Perrault Claudine is the Director of the Estes Valley Library District. She maintains the Nonprofit Resource Center’s collection of literature and resources, including on-line databases, at the library. Claudine has 10 years of community development experience working with non-profit and government agencies. She has a BA from Prescott College and Masters in Library Science from the University of Arizona.
Catherine (Katie) Speer Katie has a BS and MA in Speech and Communications from Northwestern University. She has 12 years of Community Relations experience with the YWCA in California, 12 years experience as a YWCA Center Director, where she focused on grant writing and budgeting for childcare programs, and another 12 years of experience in Los Angeles County 4-H work focusing on after-school childcare programs funded by state and Federal program funds.
